History
As a Scottish-leading community professional services to Black and ethnic minorities, our heritage of delivering excellence stretches back in 2013.
Serving Black community and other ethnic minority groups since 2013

- We put Black community and other ethnic minority groups at the heart of our organisation and make decisions guided by our values.
- We view the impact our organisation, projects or policies have on societal wellbeing through a community outcomes lens to check; "How does this impact someone's Life?" It involves adopting a proactive and adaptable approach to address the challenges that arise within our community and beyond.
- We place utmost importance on human rights and actively ensure that our projects are carried out in a way that promotes wellbeing and inclusivity.
- We strive to enhance and promote diversity, equity and conscious inclusion and provide accessible solutions so that communities feel proud of, adopt and maintain the projects we deliver.
In alignment with our purpose, we look for opportunities where we can create a positive impact:
- By supporting Black community and other ethnic minority groups
- By creating job opportunities for Black community and other ethnic minority groups
- By partnering to create value for Black community and other ethnic minority groups
